| Short / Medium Term Goals |

For the current term my goals are to continue to seek self enrichment and continue learning and mastering my craft every day. I currently seek medium-term sustainable employment in an environment that encourages growth and learning as well as creative problem solving in a team environment. I would love to continue developing my own company however it is not at this time a sustainable means of income so it will be continued secondary as I continue to refine my skills and build a client base. |

| In the long term I would like to rely solely on my own company as means of income and employment. Within the next 20 years I would hope to have a sustainable enough income through my own business to have a public physical storefront office and employee base. | |
